According to the provisions of art.4, paragraph 1, letter b of OG 130/2010 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts: "The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the product or, in the case of the provision of services, of the conclusion of the contract". If you wish to return the purchased products, OMA FITNESS guarantees a return period no longer than that guaranteed by law, i.e. within 15 days of purchase.
The buyer will organise and bear the costs of returning or exchanging the products.
The buyer will not pay for the transport in case of receiving a defective or faulty product and the return will be organized by OMA FITNESS.
To exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product, please contact us by phone or email.
For reasons of health protection or hygiene, we reserve the legal right not to accept for return: bathing suits, socks, towels, thermal pants, underwear.
If you wish to exchange the product for another colour/size/model, please contact us in advance by email at: support@oma-fitness.ro in which you will specify very clearly the order number, your name and the product you wish to exchange.
Any product exchange can only be made within the limit of available stock. If the desired model is no longer in stock, you can choose another one with the payment of any price difference by you or their refund by us.
The transport costs for picking up the parcel and delivery of the exchanged product will be paid by you.
Any product you return must not be worn or damaged. The product must be accompanied by all original labels and packaging. Please use protective shipping packaging, if possible the original. The product is not accepted if it is scratched, damaged, if the labels are not intact or if any accessories are missing. Worn products with traces of wear and tear are not accepted as returns.
If you do not wish to exchange the product, but simply return it, we will refund the value of the returned product by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified by you in the e-mail requesting the return. The refund period for the returned product will be within 30 calendar days from the date the returned product arrived at the address specified above.
Attention! We do not accept returned parcels with cash on delivery. We only receive exchange or return parcels for which the shipping payment has been made by the sender (customer).
Note: We reserve the right not to honor orders placed by persons who have made more than 6 returns in the last 12 months of the current year.
